Alex NoonanAlex joined Macdonald Rudder Lawyers in 2015 after completing his Bachelor of Laws (with Distinction) and Bachelor of Commerce (Corporate Finance major) degrees at the University of Western Australia.

Alex has experience in a broad range of litigious matters including appearing in court on contested interlocutory disputes. Alex also does commercial work with the goal of making transactions easier to understand for Macdonald Rudder’s clients. He also acted as instructing solicitor in the Full Court of the Federal Court extradition appeal of Lobban v Minister for Justice.

Alex is involved in the Law Society of Western Australia’s Young Lawyers Committee, which represents and supports young lawyers to develop as professionals and to engage with the broader community. Alex also sits on the Law Society of Western Australia’s Education Committee, which is responsible for the Law Society’s continuing professional development programme.
